Allow us to access your property in order to undertake a paranormal investigation.
We may in certain conditions need to set up specialist equipment within your property.
Allow us during our investigation to take both video and audio recordings, to also take photographs and make reports, statements or notes.
All recordings, photographs reports, statements or notes belong to Paranormal Site Investigators and are subject to copyright.
We agree to.
Keep the property details of our investigation confidential.
No details will be published without your written consent.
Use all reasonable care where at all possible when conducting our investigation within your property.
We shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising during our investigation due to any paranormal activity.
Cancellation.
You have the right to withdraw from the investigation at any time, even if the investigation has started.
We may also withdraw from the investigation at any time.
Data protection.
Your personal details including your name, address, phone number and email address are required if you enlist us to carry out an investigation. We will not share any of your personal details with any third party other than our own investigators who will be on the investigation. You have the right to have your details deleted upon request by emailing us.
Our code of ethics.
Our clients interests will always come first.
We will not conduct an investigation until we have written permission via an email.
No data will be shared with any third party unless agreed with by the client.
We will ensure that any and all data collected complies with the data protection act of 1998.
We may be unable to assist any clients who are deemed to be of a vulnerable nature unless accompanied by an appropriate adult.
Our services are free if you are local to us, however donations are much appreciated.
